Rob has worked in the property industry for nearly a decade. Working with large commercial landlords in the North West of England and also central London.

Rob has worked for numerous surveying companies including Lee Baron, GVA Grimley working in their investment departments. Looking to acquire commercial investments and portfolios for clients. With this grounding this has enabled him to have a well-rounded understanding of managing and adding value to the JRN portfolios.

Rob now works and manages investments in house, also looks to acquire new investments to add to the growing portfolio.

Jeff has worked in the property industry for over 40 years.in his early years he worked in commercial agency in Manchester at a later stage he grew his own commercial surveying practice in central Manchester which he later sold out.

For the past 30 years he has had a variety of different property company’s some working on property developments and others solely focused on the acquisition of commercial and residential investment properties.

It has been with that depth of knowledge and experience which has led him to have dealt with a vast number of tenants some of which have included Standard Chartered Bank, Asda, Seimans , Plumbbase, Travis Perkins and many more.

It is with this background that he has grown the company to where it is today.
